Who we are
XPSD is a creative studio operated by Brandon Schwartz in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through xpsdstudios.com and our client work, and how we use it. Questions go to studio@xpsdstudios.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, and project details when you write to us or use the contact form (which opens your own email app).
- Client and billing details. Business name, contact information, and invoice history needed to deliver and bill for work.
- Payment information. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Basic technical data. Our host may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, deliver and invoice client work, process payments, keep records required for tax and accounting, and protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate (payment processing, hosting, email, and business software), partner businesses when you are their client and we provide services on their behalf, and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as the conversation is useful. Client and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing studio@xpsdstudios.com. We will respond within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
